6 Trade Show Lessons For The Fall Season
6 Trade Show Lessons For The Fall Season
It’s that time of year again! Gone are the long summer days of pool parties and ice cream, as we welcome fall and all its offerings, including a new school year! I still remember my 3rd grade teacher, Mrs. Silver, who was one of my favorites. (In fact, we are now Facebook friends!) She always had ways to get us students excited about reading, spelling with accuracy, and just getting to be better students in general. I think I must have read over 100 books that year! She definitely inspired and motivated all of her students, especially me!
Now that I’m in the exhibit and display industry, I look up to various teachers as well for guidance and to help pass on knowledge and trade show tips to all of our Detroit trade show display clients. One in particular, Linda Musgrove, (coined as “The Trade Show Teacher”) recently shared some of her most popular trade show lessons from the past exhibit season.
So, put on your thinking caps, sharpen your pencils, and get caught up! You don’t want to fall behind, Trade Show Season is in full swing! Read Linda’s entire “back-to-school trade show overview” here.
To recap the 6 trade show lessons:
Lesson 1: Analyze your ROO Lesson 2: Pay attention to what is trending in exhibit spaces Lesson 3: Don’t forget your manners! Lesson 4: Go for the gold with show award opportunities Lesson 5: Use social media for more success Lesson 6: Choose your shows wisely!
